Carolyn Bradley, Non-Executive Director After four years as Commercial Director, Tesco Stores Ltd, Carolyn served as UK Marketing Director between 2008 and 2012. She was subsequently appointed Group Brand Director. Carolyn is a Trustee and Deputy Chair of Cancer Research UK, Senior Independent Director of Marston’s plc, Non Executive Director of Majid al Futtaim Retail LLP, Senior Independent Director of SSP Group plc and Non Executive Director of B&M European Value Retail Holdco 1 Ltd. She will take up the role of Chair of the Board of TheWorks.co.uk following the AGM in September 2021, and has held other Independent Directorships. |

Justin Moore, Non-Executive Director Justin is a partner of Chartered Accountants Arnold Hill & Co LLP. He joined the firm in January 1994 and was a manager of the audit department between 1997 and 2000. As audit partner, he is responsible for all clients regulated by the Financial Services Authority and other regulatory bodies. His clients include private equity managers, investment managers and hedge funds together with a number of non-domiciled and entrepreneurial clients. |
