Peninah Thomson interviewed by European CEO channel on helping more women become leaders in our organisations
Peninah Thomson was asked about what the focus should be in helping more women make it to the very top of our organisations. She described how the UK is set to meet voluntary targets for women’s representation on boards. The focus now in Europe needs to be on the executive pipeline and ensuring women are well represented at all levels in our companies right up to the Executive Committee or "C suite" level rather than on imposing quotas on board representation.
