TMF Christmas Party at the Reform Club

120 of our Mentors, Mentees, Alumnae Mentees and friends celebrated a wonderful year of achievement and the warmth and companionship of our unique community with a Christmas Party in the beautiful surroundings of the Library at the Reform Club. In addition to the customary conversation and canapés, in a "first" for TMF, Tessa Crompton-Smith played the piano and we enjoyed singing some carols.

Two of our senior Mentors, Douglas Flint CBE, Chair, HSBC plc, and David Cruickshank, Global Chair, Deloitte addressed us. Douglas and David confirmed that despite an increasingly packed corporate agenda, business has not gone to sleep on the issue of supporting senior women, and gender diversity and inclusion remains front and centre of business thinking alongside preparations for Brexit and other challenges.
